Remote System Management Service Packages

 

Remote System Management Services are offered through four customizable
Services models. Service Examples

 

NonstopRSM provides the remote system management as a monthly service. Service cost is based on two of three factors,

    1. Number of Nonstop servers to be managed
    2. System Management support role (staff augmentation)
    3. Service period 5x4, 5x8, 5x12, 7x24


    Customer Questions & Answers

The remote management service requires that the Customer provides secure access to all Nonstop Servers that are to be supported. Remote access is typically accomplished through a “VPN” rnet connection Site to Site “always up” or VPN client to Customer Site. The remote access must allow remote management monitoring and system management connectivity unless otherwise contracted. Typical connectivity is IP based for both telnet terminal and IP socket to support management tools.
*After hours on call support is offered as an option for the
 Gold, Silver, and Bronze service models*
